The deadly Ebola outbreak which killed more than 11 - thousand people in West Africa is not yet over. This is according to the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Ebola, doctor David Nabarro. The number of cases have dropped dramatically but the three most affected countries, Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone are now feeling the economic fall-out. Doctor Nabarro recently attended a ceremony to mark a contribution of one - million US dollars by Russia to a UN Development Programme multi-partner trust fund to fight Ebola.
