African Union Commission Chairperson, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, says African countries fail to realise that one of their most precious resources are the youth. With the average population only being 24-years, she says the continent should invest in young people's skill development to boost economic growth. Dlamini-Zuma was engaging with students at Wits University in Johannesburg on Monday as part of Africa Day commemorations.
