European Investment Bank,EIB, Vice President for Africa Pim Van Ballekom, arrives in Malawi today, on a three-day visit. Ballekom is expected to announce new financing for aviation safety and water investment. The European Investment Bank is the world's largest international public bank and is owned by the 28 EU member states.
