SAfm — The South Africans Municipal Workers' Union, SAMWU, say they are disappointed by yet another salary and wage offer presented by the South African Local Government Association (SALGA). SAMWU is demanding a 10% pay hike across the board and for benefits to be adjusted according to the salary demand, SALGA is offering 5.9%.
