Alex Mohlakoane from Limpopo attended an NQF LEVEL 7 Labour Intensive Construction course facilitated by the Construction Industry Education and Training Services now known as Izwe Training and Development four years ago. He paid nearly R8000 But to this day he is yet to get a certificate.
