Two children from Katlehong, on Gauteng's East Rand -- who died after complaining of stomach cramps and vomiting -- have been laid to rest. The siblings, Sanele and Sabelo Mbatha, were learners at the Kumalo Primary School and fell ill after consuming food at home. They later died at a local clinic. Their other sibling -- who was admitted to a hospital's intensive care unit with similar symptoms -- has since been discharged and is recovering well.
