The state says it's still struggling to confirm the residential address of former Gauteng Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu for the purposes of issuing her with a subpoena to go and testify at the Life Esidimeni Arbitration. Meanwhile, another highly sought after witness, suspended Head of Gauteng Health Department Barney Selebano has launched an urgent court application seeking to set aside a subpoena ordering him to appear at the hearings.
