It's up to the state and lawyers for grieving families to make sure that former Gauteng Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu testifies at the Arbitration hearings. Yesterday, retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke, who is chairing the hearings, vowed that they will not finalise the process until Mahlangu and two other senior officials testify. Mahlangu is apparently studying in London.
