An Eastern Cape man has missed out on an opportunity to sue the Police Minister for his wrongful arrest and detention. Sinethemba Mtokonya was arrested in September 2010 and detained for five days without being charged. More than three years later, a lawyer told him that he could sue for wrongful arrest.
