The Communications Minister says a recent Constitutional Court decision brings us a step closer to reaching the December 2018 switch off deadline for the migration to digital television. The litigation has delayed the roll out of set top boxes which are to be provided to some 5 million impoverished households so that they can continue to watch television via a digital signal.
