A Johannesburg couple has been given one week (until Thursday, 11 August) to back up their bid for a postponement in the Constitutional Court. The court was due to hear arguments on a leave to appeal application, with the couple challenging a banks right to repossess their vehicles after they had applied for debt restructuring.
