The Constitutional Court will tomorrow (Thursday, 14 July) hand down judgment on whether the Extension of Security of Tenure Act or ESTA covers the spouse of a farmworker. A rural woman has asked that the court recognise her right of occupation as independent from her husbands'. Elsie Klaase says she has lived on the farm all her life and has nowhere else to go.
