A rail commuter, who scored a major victory in the Constitutional Court, says he intends to study economics. Irvine Mashongwa lost his leg after robbers threw him out of the open doors of a moving train. The Constitutional Court said that PRASA MUST ensure that train doors remain closed while the train is in motion. Failure to do so will now attract damages claims from rail commuters.
