INTRO: The lesbian community in South Africa feels left out of government's plans to provide protection against sexually transmitted infections including HIV. They say while the chance of HIV infections are exceptionally low between lesbian women, they would still like to have the choice of protecting themselves against the virus. Government currently provides a billion male condoms and about half a million female condoms, however it doesn't provide finger condoms and dental dams used by women in same sex relationships.
