A rail commuter who lost his leg in a violent train robbery has been given permission to sue Passenger Rail Agency PRASA. Sam Mashongwa approached the highest court in the land after the Supreme Court of Appeal found that he didn't meet the test to prove his claim. But a unanimous Constitutional Court found in favour of Mashongwa.
