The Democratic Alliance had a tough time answering questions on why its such a bad thing for the Parliamentary speaker to be able to call on the police when there is a disturbance. The DA brought their challenge against these powers to the Constituitonal Court. The section allows the police, with the go ahead of the speaker to arrest and remove rowdy Mp's.
