South Africa, together with India, South Korea and Australia, have been invited as guests to the G7 Leaders' Summit which takes place from tomorrow in Cornwall in the United Kingdom .The G7 summit takes place amidst an unprecedented global pandemic, compounded by the climate emergency and rising geopolitical rivalries. It serves as an occasion for South Africa to establish a more assertive climate diplomacy at the centre of its international relations strategy.
