Sunday 25 August marks two years since the Myanmar military launched a campaign of targeted violence against the Rohingya Muslim minority in Rakhine State - forcing tens of thousands of people to flee. A total of nine-hundred-and-twelve-thousand refugees seek refuge in Bangladesh, after waves of violence over several years. Two years on, the situation remains dire for the Rohingya as they still live in cramped and squalid conditions in the same basic bamboo structures as when they first arrived, facing travel and work restrictions, and wholly reliant on humanitarian aid.
