The majority of suicide bombers that Boko Haram terrorists use to kill civilians are women and children. This is the latest finding by researchers at the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point in the United State of America and Yale University. According to the instititutions' study of the four-hundred-and-thirty-four suicide bombers Boko Haram has deployed since April 2011, two-hundred-and-fourty four were identified as female. Eighty-one of the bombers were identified as children and teenagers; four times as many were girls. On Tuesday three suspected Boko Haram female suicide bombers blew themselves up and killed twenty-seven people in north-east Nigeria.
