KLAAS THOMAS MAHLANGU Stage name (Tiger Sgandaf) is an artist, actor and filmmaker and the founder of the South African Film Empowerment (SAFE) which is developing talent in the film industry and creating job opportunities.

SAFE is a proponent of supporting South African Film content development in the early stages – from concept and pre-production to in-production skills development and post production support. It is a non Profit Company for Film development and empowerment based in Pretoria. They specialize in talent development, scout and empowerment across South Africa. They conceit themselves by producing successful Non-Funded Film Projects that earned National & International coverage in both TV, Radio, Print Media and by unearthing and developing talents in all underprivileged Rural and Townships across South African.

They are currently conducting a 1000 job Creation nationwide tour Seminar in all 9 provinces.
