THE HEADLINES An interesting story here published by the Ground Up newspaper that dozens of residents in Mamelodi say they have spent their time doing voluntary patrols at train stations to pro-tect rail infrastructure from vandals and thieves.They say they expected to receive a sti-pend for the first three months and then to sign a two-year contract with the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA).But many months later, they have nothing.
