Setlamorago’s new solo exhibition, Against The Grain, opened today at the Everard Read Gallery in Joburg. He says “You are cordially invited to the next seating of the kgoro to indulge and mull over the critical challenges facing our Land. The main agenda for this council is Against the Grain. We are confronted with floods of vari-ous lot, Children of the Land. Everywhere one goes, there are streets burning, li-braries ablaze, the land scorched & our inherited sites of reflection being licked by fire. We need to promptly converge to discuss these issues at length…”
