- Indian based tech company Zoho celebrated 25 years this year and opened its first African headquarters, based in South Africa last week.
- Zoho will also be conducting an upskilling programme with the University of Cape Town developer society, under which students can get certification for Zoho apps.
- The Cape Town office has a training facility that can cater up to 40 students.
- In 2020, the company grew by more than 50% in the region.
- Focused currently on South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and Egypt, Zoho is working on expanding to the rest of Africa by hiring locally and expanding its partner network.
