Sisters Working in Film and Television (Swift) launched a campaign in July
called #ThatsNotOkay which publicisizing the stories of sexual abuse in the
South African film industry. Swift commissioned a report on the state of
gender disparity in the workplace and apparently, The South African film
and TV industry is no better than the Hollywood
