The objectives of this programme are: • To emphasize the importance of checking if an institution is registered and accredited; • To create awareness about higher education and training institutions that are not registered;  • To educate learners, students, teachers and parents on how to avoid unregistered institutions;  • To communicate the disadvantages of studying at unregistered institutions.
