The objectives of this programme are to: • Explain Community Education and Training Centers (Adult Education and Training). • Encourage learners over the age of 21 to register at community colleges. • Discuss the type of qualifications offered by Community Education and Training Centers (CETCs); and • Inform learners about the difference between (General Education and Training Certificate) GETC level 4, NQF L 1 and NQF level 4.
