Rand Martin who is a chief lobbyist for the AIDS HealthCare Foundation in Sacramento calls into the studio. He was the Executive Director of the LIFE AIDS Lobby from 1986-1990. He drafted/crafted most of the laws on HIV/AIDS during the beginning and height of the epidemic.
