This weeks email..
Dear Fonseca,

I was shocked the other day when I found a note in my mailbox from my neighbor. It read: "$22 for food for David." David is my son. Apparently, my neighbor wants money because he has been eating at her house while spending time playing video games with her son. I am outraged. I don't charge her kid for food or drinks. My husband says I should just pay the $22 and be done with it. What would you do if you were me? Should I pay up or not?
