Make time to meet with your supt or supervisor to review how they think the year went. Don’t just wait for the formal eval, go buy your boss lunch to chat. Dr. Tim Kanold (Solution Tree) says we need to provide leadership to our own leaders.
Make sure you look forward to all the fun that summer provides. Don’t just get stuck on being overwhelmed by the present.
Be sure to schedule in the fun and celebratory events. They don’t just happen on their own.
Have a lot of fun at the end of the year. Look at this cool project. Teachers dancing behind students.
