Today I received another letter from the NHS giving me an update on my impending treatment.  Well, when I say another letter, I mean it is exactly the same as the one I received last month, just with a different date on it.  In this episode I share my thoughts on feeling like a number in an impersonal administration system where no one appears to be taking any accountability.
