Residents of Khauoe (pronounced RHA-WUNE) village in Matatiele in the Eastern Cape, say they are shocked by Nosicelo Mtebeni's brutal murder. They say images of the University of Fort Hare student’s dismembered body circulating on social media have traumatized them.
