We  who've abandoned our

own history and patronage, legacy and posterity. We who've  resolved ourselves to a mediocrity that concedes

victory to the enemy of  Truth and Liberty, Faith and Love, to settle ostensibly for the proverbial  crumbs of a dystopian illusion of utopia. Preferring the lie to the truth, the fear of the nightmare of the prophets of doom to the dreamers of Vision and Hope provide.  So such is  our  fate now to dwindle and dangle on more than a proverbial  cliff of disaster  but rather a precipice of a sure plight into the descent of an abysmal  demise.
