Did you know that under Jamaican law, boys and men can't be raped? The only offenses a man who rapes another man or a boy can be charged with, are either buggery and/or grevious sexual assault, which carry lesser penalties than rape. The refusal to change, or even recommend that this law be changed, leaves half of our population without justice.
