Prime Minister Andrew Holness has finally admitted that the States of Public Emergency are indeed intended to be a medium to long term measure. He says they need to be in place for 5-7 years before other measures can start becoming effective. Even so, I'm here for it. I'm willing to give it a chance, since it's the only thing that has worked.
