ABC journalist Rachael Brown has been responsible for Trace, a true crime podcast that investigates the murder of Maria James. Maria was stabbed 68 times in her home at the back of her Thornbury bookshop in Melbourne in what police described as a "bizarre" and "frenzied" killing. No one has ever been convicted for the crime.
