Those who use the terms "Efficient" and "Effective" probably don't appreciate they mean very different things.  Certainly in the context of personal productivity, there is a big difference.  In this episode I explore both ideas and put them in the context of the workplace environment.  To do that I introduce my concept of the Pyramid of Personal Productivity.
