Welcome to our last episode for the summer!

Today we're going to be talking about zooming in and out the focus on our lives.

When we're feeling a sense of urgency or anxiety, it can help so much to just zoom out for a bit. We can zoom out anywhere from a few minutes to the span of eternity. Whatever we are worried about is probably going to be just fine! And even if we don't know it, we can trust that Heavenly Father does.

Sometimes zooming out feels overwhelming and scary. It's these moments that we can hit the pause button and zoom in. What do you feel right now? What do you see? Hear? Smell? Taste? These small moments where we just commit to being present help us to appreciate that everything is okay right now. These moments bring us joy!

As President Russel M. Nelson has said, "My dear brothers and sisters, the joy we feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives."(October 2016 General Conference talk "Joy and Spiritual Survival)
