You got it right, this ISN'T a repost, Josh Emerick is back on the show for an all NEW sit down, catching up from our last full story interview over 3 years ago!

After I first sat down with Josh for his full length episode back in 2019, we decided that enough life has happened that it's time for a refresh and catch up! And in this one, Josh shares things like he's never shared before with a lot of vulnerability and I can't thank him enough.

Now, of course, many of you may know that Josh and I work together in the creative world constantly, and we talk almost daily, and he's been back on the show for a lot of #15MinuteFridays, so, what did we have to catch up on? Tons of stuff honestly! In this one I get to have a different style of conversation, outside of our normal flow of this show, and really get to dig a bit deeper into not just Josh's life in the last few years and how it's changed a lot, but more so into his outlook and new understandings of so many things.
