As a bar tender and server for years of my life, I see wellness within the job. To be on the other side of the bar you get to see parts of the world that most most do. You see people during their celebrations and during their darkest times. Most days seeing that drastic of situations from one table or guest to the next. Being able to mold yourself into each situations required of you at each moment can be a challenge. It can be mentally and physically draining and also rewarding and thrilling.
I wanted someone on the show that could show the fun and wellness of the job. Then I found Sheldon! His corky fun sense of self and drive for being an aid in others lives, made me craving to talk with him more. Sheldon, thank you for letting us take a step into a fun loving moment as soon as we see your face behind the bar.
