Lachlan Samuel is a FIFO survivor, after his own battle with depression and attempting to take his own life he walked away to start Open_Up Podcast to help others who feel alone or misunderstood like he did. 

This has also lead to speaking about lived experience as well as facilitating mental health workshops.
