Up next is "Kickin' it with KIz" featuring award-winning sports writer from the Denver Post, Mark Kiszla, and Jimmy Armstrong, join Michael to talk about if and should the Broncos make any sort of move at the trade deadline. 

Batting third is Evan Rawal from DNVR Avalanche joins K&K to discuss the rather slow start for the Avs so far this season. The fellas discuss if this is just a championship hangover or just some of the new pieces not meshing yet.

Rounding out hour 1 is "Ram Roundup" featuring Kevin Lytle from Coloradoan.com, joins Michael to preview CS's next matchup this afternoon vs Hawaii. Also, the guys shift to the hardwood and see if Niko Medved getting poached is a good or a bad thing.
