In the second segment, the show was joined by former MD LT. Governor Michael Steele to discuss the RNC Convention and some Maryland Congressional races. In the bottom of the hour, we spoke with Political commentator and CNN contributor Mary Katherine Ham about Ted Cruz’s convention speech and what I could mean for the convention moving forward and spoke with the Washington Examiner's David Freddoso about the convention and how Trump is being received thus far. In the second hour, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) joined the show to talk about the convention so far and to explain what the excitement from the floor of the convention center was all about. To wraps up the show, we talked with WBAL’s Jimmy Mathis about his thoughts about Ted Cruz’s speech at the convention and Maryland Republican Party Executive Eugene Craig about the convention and Maryland politics.
