Our Advent text this week comes to us from Luke 3:1-6.  The long expected Messiah is coming, but are we ready?  Have we waited rightly, with open heats, open ears, and open eyes?  For all will SEE God’s salvation, but some will not except it. This week we reflect on Luke’s use of Isaiah 40 and what it means for us as followers of Jesus in the season of Advent.
