Burleigh Point local Terry ‘Tappa’ Teece has deep family roots on the Gold Coast, and is best known for his radio and television surf reports, as well as his media commentary over the years – including previously commentating for surf contests at the highest standard as part of the World Championship Tour. Oh and he has been known to tuck into a few mighty kegs from time to time too!
