Everyone knows transitions are hard. Child to adult, separation to divorce, employed to unemployed, wife to mother—these are just some of the transitions that pepper our existence. When people transition from single to married and from life to death, even nonmembers ask for the church’s liturgical help. What if we offered help in other transitions?
