Watford’s 2022/23 Emirates FA Cup campaign kicks off this Saturday (January 7, 12.30pm KO), with Slaven Bilić’s men looking to build on Bank Holiday Monday’s thrilling victory over Norwich City, and ultimately progress into the fourth round for the first time since reaching the final in 2018/19.

The Hornets’ first opponents of this year’s competition - in the third round - are Sky Bet Championship rivals Reading, who went down 2-0 in the league at Vicarage Road the last time the sides met in November 2022.
