Watford FC Women can confirm the departures of Morgan Rogers and Scarlett Williams, with both defenders having joined fellow FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division side Billericay Town.

Wales international Rogers signed for the Golden Girls on an initial dual-sign agreement last January from Tottenham Hotspur, making the deal permanent ahead of the 2022/23 season. The 20-year-old made seven appearances last term, but only featured once in the current campaign. Rogers has joined Essex-based Billericay on a permanent deal.

Williams missed a large portion of the season through injury having arrived on a dual-sign agreement from Spurs last summer. The Welsh youth international made one appearance in yellow before returning to the north-London side for injury rehabilitation, coming on for Kalani Peart in a 6-0 FAWNL Cup win over Norwich City.
