Slaven Bilić confirmed in his pre-match press conference on Friday that his squad is much of the same as the side that faced Burnley last Tuesday night, but midfielder Tom Cleverley will be sidelined for around eight weeks.

The likes of Imrân Louza, Ken Sema and João Pedro were able to gain more valuable minutes at Turf Moor, with those players in contention to start against the Baggies.

“It’s a massive game for both teams. It’s very tight in and around the top six, and they have the same aims as us of winning as many games as they can to finish as high in the table as possible.

“They are doing really well now with Carlos [Corberán] in charge. They are back up there and we know it’s going to be a good battle, but we know what we need to do and we’re up for the fight.”
