After a successful away trip to Cheltenham Town last time out, the Golden Girls return to Grosvenor Vale to face MK Dons just three weeks since the teams last faced off in FA Women’s National League Cup action.

Last time it was a semi-final berth at stake; this weekend (Sunday February 19, 2pm KO) the teams compete for three vital points in their league seasons.

The clash marks the start of a big week of football for the Hornets that will see them play three times in just eight days, providing the perfect opportunity to kick on in their quest to catch league leaders Portsmouth.

Please Note – Parking on the grass area within the ground has been restricted due to the weather. Parking is available on site for staff, players, officials and disabled supporters. There is street parking in the surrounding areas - we do ask that if you are travelling to the game by car and park in the local area, please be respectful of the neighbours.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the following prices:

• Adults - £5
• Concession (U16, 65+, Disability) - £3
• Watford Men’s/Wealdstone ST Holders - £1

On the day sales for Adults & Concessions will see the prices increase by £2, so we highly recommend booking in advance if possible.

The £1 price will remain unchanged on matchday, with you just having to show proof of your season card to gain entry.

The Golden Girls are coming into the game knowing it’s the first of three massive fixtures in their season, with the visit of Portsmouth coming up on Wednesday night (February 22, 7.45pm KO) and a trip away to Ipswich the following Sunday (February 26, 2pm KO).

The Hornets ran out 5-1 winners at Grosvenor Vale the last time they went up against MK Dons last month, with goals from Bianca Baptiste, Ellie Head and Annie Rossiter, and a brace from captain Helen Ward, seeing them through to the semi-finals of the FA WNL Cup.

Baptiste blasted the Hornets into the lead inside seven minutes in that game, so as ever you’ll want to be inside Grosvenor Vale making as much noise as you can nice and early as it’s sure to be another exciting game.
