An exciting opportunity has become available within the Human Resource department at Watford Football Club.
We are currently looking to recruit a HR Officer, to be a point of contact for all club HR matters and to provide a comprehensive HR service which ensures that all employees, workers and volunteers are equipped with relevant policies, processes, practices and systems in order to foster a high-performance culture.
The role will be varied and will cover a wide variety of employee-related matters, it will therefore require an individual that has a proven track record as a HR generalist. In addition, the role will also work closely with the club's EDI Lead, to support the club's on-going commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic, hardworking, and be flexible to the requirements of the position and the business.
Applicants should ideally live local to Watford or the surrounding areas and be a UK resident or non-UK resident with a valid UK work permit, and ideally have experience working within a similar role.
